STARTED LIFE AS FRANK RENSHAW IN WYTHENSHAWE, MANCHESTER ENGLAND.
1958.
FORMED A BAND AT BAGULEY HALL SECONDARY SCHOOL CALLED "THE SWALLOWS".
1962.
FIRST PRO GIG WAS WITH "LEE SHONDELL & THE PREMIERS" AT BERNARD
MANNING'S EMBASSY CLUB IN MANCHESTER.
1963.
FORMED "THE TOGGERY FIVE". FIRST RECORDING AT ABBEY RD. STUDIOS IN
1964 WITH A SELF PENNED SONG CALLED "IM GONNA JUMP", WHICH WAS BANNED BY THE BBC.
1966.
JOINED WAYNE FONTANA IN A NEW BAND AFTER HE LEFT THE MINDBENDERS.
1967.
FORMED A DUO WITH FORMER TOGGERY FIVE BAND MEMBER PAUL YOUNG, CALLED
"THE YOUNG BROS". HENCE THE NAME FRANK YOUNG.
1969.
EXPANDED THE YOUNG BROS. TO BECOME THE "YOUNG & RENSHAW BAND".
1973.
JOINED UP WITH "WAYNE FONTANA & THE MINDBENDERS" FOR A YEAR GIGGING
IN USA.
1974.
JOINED UP WITH HERMAN'S HERMITS FOR THE NEXT 8 YEARS, MOSTLY WORKING
IN USA.
1983.
WENT TO CROATIA FOR 7 YEARS AS AN ENTERTAINMENTS MANAGER FOR A CHAIN
OF HOTELS ALONG THE ADRIATIC COAST UNTIL THE WAR STARTED.
1991.
WENT TO THE ALGARVE IN PORTUGAL AS A SOLO GUITARIST - SINGER.
1994.
WENT FOR A WEEK TO WINDSURF IN FUERTEVENTURA,
CANARY ISLANDS, AND STAYED THERE UNTIL 2007. I OPENED "THE CAVERN 60'S BAR" THERE
UNTIL SELLING IT IN 2006.
2007.
AFTER 13 YEARS, LEFT FUERTEVENTURA AND MOVED TO THE VALENCIA AREA OF MAINLAND
SPAIN.
2008.
MOVED BACK TO FUERTEVENTURA. TOO BLOODY COLD IN SPAIN.
